TransPac™ vehicle based software seamlessly links transport fleets with corporate
office and distributor planning, dispatch and accounting systems.
TransPac™ automates transactions in real-time, eliminating historical manual and
paper based administration. Drivers use touch screen computers connected to onboard
GPS, wireless communication and vehicle monitoring systems for optimized routing
and scheduling.
Up to date information empowers drivers while the infrastructure provides management
with powerful logistics and service control.
TransPac™ comprehensively meets transport
industry standards and user practices throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Features & Benefits
DOT logging modules, dynamic status reporting and fatigue management alarms are
available within TransPac™. Certified vehicle monitoring interfaces and state fuel
tax reporting are standard aswell as Homeland Security vehicle tracking.
Delivery tickets and invoices are calculated to volume and printed at the time of delivery. All transactions become immediately available from
an electronic storage and retrieval system on central servers and electronic signature capture means no paper copies of transactions are necessary.
Delivery staff have access to customer credit status and special instruction recordings.
Delivery and invoice details are emailed automatically on the of the delivery or downloaded from a self serve website. Secure record keeping and automated bank deposits encourage on site payment.
Administrative capacity increases with the reduction of data entry, query management and postage handling.
Administrative efficiencies reduce resources required for regional level processing. Driver utilization is expected to grow by reducing manual start and end of day procedures.
Vehicle, driver and trip status are available to operations management in real-time. Fatigue management alarms and reports for expenses, rest stops, vehicle defects and driver shifts are compiled for management visibility,
quality control and optimized asset tracking.
Stepped processes and prompts ensure drivers follow specific
sequences and capture data unique to a site or product. Deliveries requiring certificates of conformance or quality are fulfilled prior to the operator being able to finish a transaction.

for physical cabin entry and exits. Guardian Man-Down and Remote Shut-Down Pendant
interfaces provide greater safety measures for remote staff.
