ServiCE™ software seamlessly connects field service personnel with office based
scheduling, dispatch, financial, CRM and inventory systems.
ServiCE™ automates transactions in real-time, eliminating historical manual and
paper based administrative processes.
Field personnel use touch screen computers which display real time information relating
to jobs, inventory, pricing and contracts.
The field force is empowered and it provides management with a sophisticated infrastructure
and unparalleled control.
The contemporary architecture of ServiCE™ facilitates dynamic business processes
and is easily adaptable to a broad range of service industries throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Features & Benefits
All dispatching, invoicing and paper based processes are replaced with ServiCE™. Transactions are immediately available from an electronic storage and retrieval system on central servers and ERP systems. Electronic signature capture means paper
copies of transactions are unnecessary.
Stepped processes ensure service personnel follow specific sequences and adhere to safety procedures. These guidelines are easily created and maintained through
e-NABLE™ Middleware forms generation module. Dynamic site plans also ensure that equipment location and hazardous obstacles are documented, stored on the server and downloaded for the next site visit.
Administrative capacity increases with the removal of data entry, query management and postage
handling. Billable hours are expected to grow by eliminating time losses such as sourcing information, parts, manual start and end of day processes and reconciliations.
Each vehicle may be classified as an inventory location in ServiCE™ and allocated parts automatically tracked and reconciled. ServiCE™ can manage inventory reconciliation
of vehicle/ technician, requisitions, receipts and stock on board.
ServiCE™ displays a detailed view of work in progress, future and completed jobs. Events, ad-hoc visits and SLA related tasks are administered upon demand and unscheduled
jobs are easily searchable. Stepped processes are enforceable from corporate locations or field staff may be granted autonomy.
ServiCE™ is a powerful tool able to handle rebates, discounts, taxes and contract pricing. Efficiencies are greatly improved by reducing phone traffic and multiple
price schedules forms.
Corporate locations, including dispatch and fulfilment, are empowered to message individuals or groups and groups of individuals may message
each other. Activity specific messages and alerts are transmitted upon demand and built in force fed prompts ensure operator compliance.
