Introduction
TS HyperDocs™ securely and transparently digitizes all transactions, documents and
signatures from TouchStar’s Mobility Applications, eliminating the need for enterprise
based paper copies.
Designed for network and web based servers, TS HyperDocs™ is a sophisticated archival,
retrieval and reproduction system, granting stakeholders instant access to digital
records and field printed documents.
Dynamic record access is TS HyperDocs™ defining feature. Automatic customer emails
of same day transactions and multi-transaction auto collating for large, complex
enterprises are part of its scalable document management capabilities.
TS HyperDocs™ interfaces with standard digital scanners and serves as the enterprise
wide archive and retrieval infrastructure for all digitized documents.
Features & Benefits
Any field print out or transaction generates an identical copy of the print image
at the time of transaction and becomes part of the TS HyperDocs™ database during
the next communications session. Invoices, delivery tickets, trip and inspection
reports, or any documents or field activity, is available on enterprise servers.
Electronic signature capture and powerful field back up systems makes paper copies
of transactions unnecessary.

field and office staff immediate, accurate and actionable information.
Customers benefit measurably by utilizing TS HyperDocs™ as summary
transactions and documents are visible and download via secure on line access. Account
disputes are minimized and payment schedules accelerate due to timely and accurate
self serve functionality.
Documents are reproduced in a host of media: simple screen display, printer, email, facsimile, web download or automated export file format for ERP systems.
Benefit rich automated scheduled processing automatically emails transaction reports
in user defined parameters. For example, fleet managers can receive vehicle inspection
reports daily while dispatch can receive receive PDF images of same day transactions.
More complex rules based scheduled processing accommodates multiple location reports in defined frequency. For example, TS HyperDocs™ will
compile, collate and auto transmit weekly reports of all regional delivery tickets for 200 locations nationally.
TS HyperDocs™ performs storage and retrieval for any data format, including 3rd
party PDF and JPEG images.
Direct replica images of transactions are securely reproduced via binary encryption
and cannot be altered.
