TS FleetWatch™ is a network or web based server application graphically reporting
daily activity of delivery and field service fleets.
TS FleetWatch™ provides detailed historical reporting with breadcrumbed travel,
visit and shift activity overlaid on digital road maps and offers unparalleled historic
visibility and control.
TS FleetWatch™ is designed to work with any TouchStar Mobility Application utilizing
GPS technology. Field status transmissions are graphically illustrated and provide
users detailed information to mentor and manage the field force.
Features & Benefits
TS FleetWatch™ data is a rich mix of conventional GPS geo-codes merged with multi level
Mobility Application data such as shift, customer, site and product details. When combined
with fully integrated TS Enterprise Applications, TS FleetWatch™ provides unparalleled historic
field visibility and control.
GPS breadcrumbing provides historic arrival, departure and travel
data for dispatchers. Service and delivery details are captured on job site and
unexpected activity in field worker schedules can be verified and supervised.
Actual route and field results can be compared to plan and field workers mentored
using verified data. Driver and business routing habits can be analyzed, questioned
and improved.
TS Enterprise Applications interface directly, providing users with a central control
point. For example, TS HyperDocs™ digitized delivery tickets and invoices can be
accessed directly from the route map or TS ReportPro™ can access all of TS FleetWatch™
data for specific customized reporting.
Custom Key Performance Indicator parameters can automatically monitor individuals
or groups to report exception status. Performance data, including averaged delivery
volume per operating hour or driving versus rest times, provides clear visibility.
Reliable information, irrefutable arrival and departure times, immediate access
to transaction details and receipt signatures build higher impact customer satisfaction.
Vehicle monitoring and DOT type computers can interface and report in batch mode.
Compliance with geo-fencing or prohibited hazardous materials and dangerous goods road access can be monitored.
