TS AvManager™ is a stand alone or replicated web server hosted aviation fuel management
system. TS AvManager™ real time connectivity links controllers with ramp and airport
operations, fueling equipment, storage and loading facilities.
TS AvManager™ directly uploads transactional data to network, shared or corporate centralized planning
and financial systems.
TS AvManger™ combined with TouchStar’s AvPac™ Mobility Application provides dynamic
dispatching functionality while a paperless environment drives powerful operational
controls, analytics and business reporting.
Contemporary system design enables both
independent site systems and a centralized corporate copy maintained over low band width networks to assist national account management and drive unified policies
and reporting.

Residing behind comprehensively functional aviation fuel
management modules is an automated replicating database with simple yet powerful
networking capabilities. Regional airfields to major international airports coexist
with independent local databases via low bandwidth network infrastructure. The corporate
hub can replicate copies of individual databases for collective visibility, enabling
national account management and reporting, along with group Key Performance Indicator(KPI) and best practice
evaluation metrics using common infrastructure and standards.
GPS breadcrumbing, mobility application data and meter volume status generates accurate
fueler availability estimates for dispatch allocation and limits asset travel between
gates, rather than base to gate, for optimized fueler efficiency.
Central to TS AvManager™ is fueling schedule management for customer and flight contracts. New orders, reassignment for overloaded allocations
and transactions are swappable to meet unexpected demands and customer needs. Immediate information
transaction documents, including digitized delivery tickets and invoices,
are accessed in real time directly from TS AvManager™ via TS HyperDocs™ upon a complete
delivery.
Custom KPI parameters can automatically monitor individuals or groups to report
exception status. Performance and utilization data including average delivery volume
per operating hour and productive versus waiting periods report in real time.
Providing immediate access to transaction details, receipt signatures and irrefutable
fueler arrival and departure times builds high impact customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
Automated and robust middleware data management utilities and applications ensure
multisystem interfaces, 3rd party reporting and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
execute seamlessly.
TS AvManager™ fully integrates with any TS Enterprise Application for mature best
