Runner™ starts the day with the list of customers in the order to be visited. This
is downloaded from the planning system which optimizes load order to match and allows
amendment of routes to increase efficient delivery schedules. Runner™ is able to
collect, time stamp and feedback geo-codes to integrate with specialist 3rd party
load planning and routing systems.
Time stamped handheld data such, as invoices and delivery tickets, are automatically
processed directly to accounting and planning systems. A self service web site enables customers to print their own delivery records, eliminating unnecessary phone
traffic.
Data displayed relates to the particular task or process of an individual customer.
Stepped processes can vary based on any customer and product specifics, keeping
workflow intuitive and simple.
The inventory management and invoicing functionality of Runner™ allows field staff to receive and fulfil orders on site and ensure there is sufficient stock for other
deliveries. Perishable good returns are easily satisfied.
Runner™ architecture handles thousands of SKU’s and can recall differentiated daily
pricing against separate accounts to correctly price any historic credits and fully manage forward order taking, alterations and standard daily invoicing.
Runner™ tracks equipment used in the delivery of goods, such as crates and containers,
for significant cumulative savings while eliminating duplicative and error prone data.
Runner™ tracks payment details ensuring accountability and traceability of all receivables.
Inventory, returns, odometer readings and all payments can be viewed as an end of
day report, enabling staff to reconcile accurately.
