JobSync™ field software connects and synchronizes transport and field service personnel tasks with centralized company scheduling, planning and dispatch systems.
JobSync™ coordinates multiple stakeholder scheduling and processes transactions
in real-time, eliminating historical manual and paper based administrative processes.
Field staff interface with touch screen computers typically connected to wireless
communication, GPS and vehicle monitoring systems, resulting in empowered stakeholders and a sophisticated management infrastructure.

Features & Benefits
Dispatchers company-wide, field staff and authorized customers have collective visibility
of resource free periods and can allocate tasks and schedule activities without
conflict or phone traffic.
Collection, delivery and service tickets are calculated and printed at the
time of delivery. All transactions are immediately available
from an electronic storage and retrieval system on central servers and electronic signature capture means paper copies of transactions are unnecessary.
Transparent resource allocation allows stakeholders, both internal and external,
to directly interface with the fleet, resulting in a reduction of administrative
and scheduling staff and prompt customer service.
Navigational software can run on the same touch screen devices and users
can access turn by turn directions to their next site simply by touching a request icon – no other data entry is needed.
Administrative and dispatch capacity increase with the reduction of duplicated data
entry and error and query management. Resource redeployment is a typical result.

start and end of day manual processes and reconciliations.
Daily vehicle and equipment inspections with secure defect notification and record keeping assist mandated policies. Wireless roaming with mobile computers reduces the need for physical cabin entry and exits while Guardian Man-Down and
Work-Alone Pendant interfaces provide greater safety measures for remote staff.
Service and delivery staff are informed and empowered with access to credit
status and specific customer instructions. Delivery and invoice
details are emailed
automatically on the day of delivery or downloaded from a website. More secure
record keeping and automated bank deposit slips encourage on-site payment collection.
DOT logging, dynamic status reporting, and fatigue management with active programmable prompting and alarms, are modules available within JobSync™.
