FuelWare™ in-cab software seamlessly links delivery fleets with oil company
and fuel distributor accounting, planning and dispatch systems.
FuelWare™ automates transactions in real-time, eliminating historical manual and
paper based administration.
Drivers use intrinsically safe touch screen computers connected with onboard technology
such as electronic meter, tank level automation, wireless communication and vehicle
tracking systems.
FuelWare™ empowers tanker drivers and provides management with a sophisticated reporting
and monitoring infrastructure.
FuelWare™ comprehensively meets petroleum industry standards and user practices
throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Features & Benefits
Invoices and delivery tickets are calculated to volume and printed at the time of
delivery. All transactions are instantly available from electronic storage on central
servers. Electronic signature capture means paper copies of transactions are
eliminated.
Administration capacity increases with the removal of data entry, query management
and postage handling. Equally, driver utilization is expected to grow by eliminating the start and end of day procedures.
Fleet administration enables making regional offices and processing centers redundant.
All bulk and packaged goods are automatically tracked and reconciled. You have the
option of temperature compensated or tracked bulk and metered products. Product transfer, storage ID and loading terminal interface are available.
Stepped process and prompts ensure product, compartment and customer tank match
to avoid accidental blends. Tank ullage plans checked prior to delivery minimize
spills while the dips captured prior to deliveries are available for cross check.
Overfill protection and volume certainty is improved through monitoring and process
improvement in the software.
Vehicle inspections with secure defect notification and record keeping assist mandatory
policies. Wireless, intrinsically safe computers reduce the need for physical cabin
entry and exits. Guardian Man-Down and Remote Shut-Down Pendant interfaces provide
greater assurance for staff working remotely.
Delivery drivers are informed and empowered with access to customer credit
status and special instructions. Delivery and invoice details are emailed automatically
on the day of delivery or downloaded from a website. Prepayments can be encouraged
with the ability to deliver according to prepaid volume.
Modules for DOT logging, dynamic status reporting and fatigue management alarms
are available within FuelWare ™ . Compliance to standards for weights and measures,
metered temperature compensation and fuel tax are supplied. Equally, Homeland Security
vehicle tracking mandates are standard.
