Drivers use intrinsically safe touch screen computers connected to high resolution
printers, wireless communication and vehicle tracking systems, resulting in empowered
tanker drivers and a sophisticated management infrastructure.

Features & Benefits
Run tickets can be printed and left on site and signatures are captured electronically,
providing proof of delivery, consensus of volume and accurate transaction details.
Manual input via calculators and static tables are eliminated and custody transfer
integrity is preserved.
Administrative capacity increases with the removal of data entry, data validation
and tracking. Volume is calculated electronically at gathering and off load points,
mitigating discrepancies and error prone data input. Driver utilization is expected to grow by eliminating
start and end of day manual processes and reconciliations.
Fleet managers and dispatch operations can directly interface with the delivery
fleet in real-time, enabling tighter operational control, service delivery and fleet
productivity.
Pull Lease Automated Custody Transfer [LACT] tickets accommodate both in trailer
transfers and direct pipeline injections. CrudePac™ integrates with all transaction
detail for end of day reporting and reconciliation.
Open meter ticketing measures flow through pipeline injection points and accurately
captures and archives volume and daily offload activity. End of day exception reports
identify configurable balance for improved accuracy and inventory management.
Exact volume by transaction and account detail is compiled daily, eliminating
administrative backtracking and redistribution of payables. CrudePac™ generates
accelerated payment schedules, billable days and electronic storage and retrieval
of customer distribution history.
Daily vehicle inspections with secure defect notification and record keeping assists
mandated policy. Wireless, intrinsically safe computers reduce the need for physical
cabin entry and exits. Guardian Man-Down and Work-Alone Pendant interfaces provide
a greater safety assurance for staff working remotely.
Informed and empowered haulers have access to lease, tank and pertinent account
details. Run ticket details and proof of delivery can be emailed automatically on the day of the delivery
or customers can self serve from a website.
Modules for DOT logging, dynamic status reporting and fatigue management alarms
are available within CrudePac™. Homeland Security vehicle tracking and state
line fuel tax reporting are regionally
complied to.
