Introduction
ChemPac™ in-cab software seamlessly connects delivery fleets with chemical producers and distributors, accounting, planning and dispatch systems.
ChemPac™ automates transactions in real-time, eliminating historical manual and
paper based administrative processes.
Instead of paper forms, drivers interface with touch screen computers linked with
onboard technology such as wireless communication, vehicle tracking and product
metering systems, resulting in sophisticated management infrastructure and empowered
delivery drivers.
ChemPac™ comprehensively meets industry standards and typical chemical delivery
practices throughout the Americas , Europe and Asia Pacific.
Features & Benefits
Delivery tickets and invoices are calculated to volume and
printed at the time of delivery. All transactions become immediately available from
an electronic storage and retrieval system on central servers and electronic signature
capture means paper copies of transactions are unnecessary.
Stepped process and prompts ensure drivers follow specific sequences and adhere to product safety procedures. Specific data capture unique
to a particular site or product can be auto dictated. Deliveries requiring certificates
of conformance or quality will have to be completed prior to the operator being
able to finish a transaction.
Administration capacity increases with the removal of data
entry, query management and postage handling. Driver utilization is expected
to grow by eliminating start and end of day manual processes and reconciliations.
All bulk, container and packaged products are automatically tracked and reconciled.
Any storage and dispensing equipment remaining on site is displayed and can be periodically
verified.
Daily vehicle inspections with secure defect notification
and record keeping assist mandated policies. Wireless roaming with mobile computers
reduces need for the physical cabin entry and exits, and Guardian Man-Down and Work-Alone
Pendant interface and reporting provides greater safety assurance for remote staff.
Informed and empowered delivery staff have access to credit status and other account
details so collection of payments or customer instructions can be recorded. Delivery
and invoice details can be emailed automatically on the day of the delivery or downloaded
from a website.
Modules for DOT logging, dynamic status reporting and fatigue
management alarms are available within ChemPac™. Equally, Homeland Security vehicle
tracking, state line fuel tax reporting, weights and measures metering standards
are regionally complied to.
