Introduction
AvPac™ refueling computer software seamlessly links ramp refueling carts, hydrants
and tankers with operations, accounting and dispatch systems.
AvPac™ automates transactions in real-time, eliminating historical manual and paper
based administrative processes.
Instead of paper forms, drivers interface with intrinsically safe touch screen computers
linked to onboard technology such as electronic meter, tank level automation,
wireless communication and vehicle tracking systems. This empowers refueling operators
and provides a sophisticated management infrastructure.
AvPac™ comprehensively meets FBO, GA and airport refueling standards and industry
practices throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Features & Benefits
Delivery tickets and invoices are calculated to volume and printed at the time of delivery.
All transactions are immediately available from an electronic storage and retreival system
on central servers and electronic signature capture means paper copies of transactions
are unnecessary. Any missing
documentation can be reproduced by any vehicle or office upon request.
Quality control procedures are integrated within the application and operators
are stepped through appropriate checks depending on time of day, equipment and process
selected.
Administrative capacity increases with the removal of data entry, query management
and postage handling. Equally, refueler utilization is expected to grow with equipment
moving efficiently from gate to gate.
Vehicle inspections with secure defect notification and record keeping assist mandated policies. Electronic Dead-Man or Man-Down interface reporting provides greater safety assurance for staff.
Online credit and industry card processing is available in real-time and informed refuelling staff have access to local account details and special instructions can be captured at the wingtip. Delivery and invoice details can be reproduced and automatic emails can be sent from the office. Customers can self serve and access their invoices online.
All handheld equipment is intrinsically safe and conforms to globally accepted standards. Regional weights and measures and electronic metering standards are followed where required.
